Age 77, of Farmington Hills.

Loving husband of Carolyn for 57 years; dear father of Karen (John) Chippi and Scott (Deborah); proud grandfather of Michael, Michelle, Matthew, Ariel and Alexis.

John is also survived by many loving family and friends.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday 2 until 8 PM at the funeral home.

A funeral service with full military honors will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, March 28, 2011 at the funeral home.

The Rev. Dr. James McGuire will lead the prayers.

Entombment will take place at Glen Eden Memorial Park, Livonia.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of choice.
